I saw these stencils on a wall of a house in Barcelona in Gracia and single one with the number later on a electricity box. I am not sure what they mean. Is the number a Spanish NIE-number (fiscal number) ???? Who knows what something about the meaning or the artist ???? Please comment!!!!

I found these 3 stencils in Barcelona. I suppose the person on the left is supposed to be Bruce Lee, at least, it looks a lot like him. On the stencil up it says "the only bush to trust". No comment...
